what we collect
When you use Phoson, we collect and process the following:
- Images you upload for music generation
- Generated audio files and song metadata (title, genre, key, tempo)
- Poetic descriptions and quotes generated from your images
- Your email address if you create an account
- Basic usage data (play counts, share counts)
how we use your data
- Your uploaded images are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for analysis and to generate music composition specifications
- Music prompts derived from your images are sent to ElevenLabs for audio generation
- Generated songs and images are stored on Cloudflare R2 to enable playback and sharing
- Song metadata is stored in our database (Supabase) to power your library and share links
- Your email is used solely for authentication — we do not send marketing emails
third-party services
We use the following services to operate Phoson:
- Anthropic (Claude) — image analysis and music specification
- ElevenLabs — AI music generation
- Cloudflare R2 — image and audio file storage
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
Each service processes your data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.
image and audio storage
Uploaded images and generated audio are stored on Cloudflare R2. If you share a song, the image and audio remain accessible via the share link. Unshared content is associated with your account and not publicly accessible.
your rights
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us
- You can access your generated songs through your library
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties
cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
children
Phoson is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
