By using Phoson ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

what phoson does

Phoson is an AI-powered service that analyzes uploaded images and generates original music based on the visual content. The Service uses third-party AI models to analyze images and compose audio.

your content

• You retain ownership of the images you upload
• By uploading an image, you grant Phoson a license to process it through our AI pipeline for the purpose of generating music
• You represent that you have the right to upload any image you submit
• Do not upload images that contain illegal content, explicit material involving minors, or content that violates the rights of others

generated music

• Songs generated by Phoson are created by AI and are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use
• Generated music may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from resemblance to existing works
• Generated lyrics and vocals are AI-produced and may not perfectly reflect the intent of the source image

sharing

When you share a song, it becomes accessible via a public link. Anyone with the link can listen to the song and view the associated image and description. You are responsible for the content you choose to share.

accounts

• An account is required after your first generation
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

prohibited use

You may not use Phoson to:

• Generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal
• Attempt to bypass content safety filters
• Impersonate real people through generated vocals or lyrics
• Use the Service in any way that could harm or overload our infrastructure
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or programmatically access the Service

disclaimers

• Phoson is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI analysis, or quality of generated music
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results despite our safety measures
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service

limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoson and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
